The Staff

One of my favorite parts of coming to this restaurant is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful that it is truly a delight for you to spend some time with them. It felt cozy and warm going into this kind of establishment, providing you with the care and attention that you need along the way. I really enjoyed that I never felt rushed when I came into this restaurant and the staff were able to answer my questions, provide recommendations and make sure that I had the best experience possible when I was there. Overall, it was a great experience and I can’t wait to have a chance to go back for lunch or supper again.

Their Hours

I did find that their hours were a bit different than what you usually see for a restaurant, which can confuse a lot of customers who may want to come and have a bite. They seem to be closed on Sundays and Mondays, which could miss some of the church crowd or those who want to sleep in and then go out for a bite to eat with family and friends.

Even when they are open, they are not really a breakfast area and they are not open for dinner either. Their hours are 10 to 5 Tuesday through Friday and then only 10 to 3 on Saturday. While I loved the food and they seemed to be fairly busy on the hours that I went there, this seemed like a missed opportunity to reach a larger audience and to grow the business. I would also imagine it would be hard for a lot of people who wanted to work because it is right in the middle of the day.

Since it doesn’t provide an evening time to eat, this can make it difficult to get your family out there to enjoy a meal. But if you have a little time around lunch or you are willing to plan this out ahead of time, then you will be able to enjoy something that is delicious.

The Pricing

I did find that the pricing on this kind of restaurant was a bit expensive. The portions are large and the food is amazing, especially with the food all being vegan, but it did run about $50 to $100 a person. This is on the high end for a lot of people, especially during the lunch hours when this restaurant is typically open.

For those who are looking for a budget place to eat or somewhere they can go to grab a quick meal when they need it during work, this is not going to be the place to stop. The food is good and you will love the experience and the atmosphere, but it is really expensive. Maybe for a good date place to hang out and impress the other person, but it is going to quickly add up when you bring the kids or a large group.

This could also pose another problem for the business as well. When it costs $50 to $100 a person, the cost is prohibitive, especially for lunch. And since the hours are from 10 to 5 most days that they are open, this can cross it out as a good place for a date night or a night out on the town. Most customers are not going to want to spend this much for a lunch time meal, no matter how good it is. I’m hoping that they can offer some more cost effective menu items in the future and that they may choose to extend the hours more in the future too.
